Did you know that Gen Z is drinking less alcohol?

To combat declining alcohol sales within the bar/restaurant/liquor store sector, I came up with “Pour a 0 Proof Future.”

Through a mix of secondary and primary research, I found that ¼ Gen Z females are fearful of health news related to alcohol consumption. With alcohol consumption being tied to many different forms of cancer, Gen Z females need another option. They need an option built for the future.

Pour a 0 Proof Future emphasizes the future-readiness that non-alcoholic sales will bring bar, restaurant, and liquor store owners, while also offering Gen Z females a health-friendly alternative that a.) won’t cause a hangover and b.) isn’t tied to cancer.
